I work with people living anywhere in Washington and offer exclusively telehealth (online) therapy sessions. I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation to see whether we may be a good fit to work together.
In addition to ongoing and short-term therapy, I offer other specialized services:
MY RATE
Appointments with me cost $160, with limited sliding scale availability.
INSURANCE
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Your insurance provider may offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services (typical out-of-network reimbursement is 40%-80% of the provider fee). I can provide invoices or monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement upon request. If you are interested in out of network reimbursement, you can call your insurance carrier to verify out of network coverage. You will need to ask the following:
Does my plan cover out of network providers?
Does my plan cover telehealth services?
What is my out of network deductible and have I met it yet this year?
What is the out of network reimbursement rate for the CPT code 90837?
If you need to find a therapist who is in network with your insurance, you can check out these directories that allow you to search by insurance type. If you have Medicaid (Apple Health), please check out the section on this page for specific Medicaid options.

You are welcome to contact me about my current sliding scale availability. I have included additional sliding scale therapy resources below.

There are five different Medicaid plans in Washington (Molina, Coordinated Care, Community Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare, and Wellpoint Washington). If the therapist you would like to work with does not accept your specific Medicaid plan, you can change your plan. The WA Health Care Authority website offers several ways to change your plan, and this guide offers step by step instructions for changing your plan.
