I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to make therapy more accessible to lower income queer and trans folks who identify as BIPOC, disabled, are undocumented and/or uninsured, and those at the intersection of these communities. My sliding scale is currently full. Check out the resources below to find more information about queer and trans affirming low cost therapy and therapists who can take Apple Health/Medicaid for no cost appointments.

There are five different Medicaid plans in Washington (Molina, Coordinated Care, Community Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare, and Wellpoint Washington). If the therapist you would like to work with does not accept your specific Medicaid plan, you can change your plan. The WA Health Care Authority website offers several ways to change your plan, and this guide offers step by step instructions.
